Step #$4$: From LAN$-1,$ send to the server a TCP packet with SYN $-=0$ and ACK $=1.$

Step #$5$: Set up an UDP server $($FTP for example$)$ in one LAN $($let$\text{'}$s say in LAN$-2).$

Step #$6$: From LAN$-1,$ send to the server a TCP packet with $SYN=1$ and ACK$=0.$
