FIRST GRAPH will be a line graph displaying the different departments/types of charts coded and number completed per day. For example - on week 1, first day you were able to code 16 outpatient charts from clinics, ED, etc. On week 1, the second day you were able to code 12 different charts from clinics, etc. The line graph will show the change in the number of charts coded for each of the 4 weeks (8 dots on the line graph) which were included on the weekly reports. Y axis would be number of charts (the top number would be the number of charts available to code, the bottom number would be zero) X axis would be the dates (color code whether it is outpatient or inpatient) TITLE of graph #1 is: Productivity - Coding Outpatient & Inpatient Charts SECOND GRAPH will be a bar graph displaying the percentage of correct codes for the charts per day. After the submission of the Week #10 assignment, all of the correct outpatient codes were displayed. You should be able to compare the weekly codes to the correct codes for a percentage of correct coding. The bar graph will show the percentage
