First Group Lab Due 8:00am before Week 6 classes. This is a group Lab Assignment. Research the Project Initiation Document (PID) and a Project Plan, then describe the major difference between them, and why they are both important in an IT project. Using the SRS document that has been provided to you in Week 3, prepare a project Plan for the project indicated in the document focusing only on the 6 core features specified on the SR5 document. Justify the reasons for your assumptions and proposed decisions in the project. Check the attached Project plan template to know the contents to be included in the document. The document does not need to be bulky, it is expected to be a summarized version of a comprehensive project plan, and should not exceed 7 pages in length, excluding the cover page and references. You can be as brief as possible while ensuring that your submission captures the most important and critical areas of a typical IT project plan
