First, I grouped the data by state to count how many branches each franchise has in each state. Then, I found the franchise with the most branches in every state. This shows which franchise is the most popular in each state. I used a bar chart to compare the numbers across states so we can see all the results at once. From the chart, it looks like opening a McDonald's in Texas might be a good idea. The chart would be easier to read if it showed only a few states. Also, I didn't consider the population of each state. If I had that, I would look at the number of branches divided by the population instead of just the total count
