Pick two products currently available in the marketplace, but they do not have to be similar to each other. One should be from a well-established company that is at least 25 years old, and the other should be from a young company established within the last 10 years. Research these companies and their products on the Internet. Through your research, address the following questions in your Positioning and Differentiation post. (Note: this is a post first discussion forum where you must post your Positioning and Differentiation post before you respond to other classmates).

1. How are these companies targeting their customers?

2. Determine the market space position of your two selected products by creating a positioning matrix.
