fix the code without using ai

the expected output of code should be $3\mathrm{.}44$ of $8$ node graph

but it runs error with fiber$\_$links.append$(($int$($u$),$ int$($v$)))$ IndentationError: unindent does not match any outer indentation level

the code should follow all instruction on pic $1$ and final suit the output in pic $4$
