Task 1

For this task, you need to implement complex loan structures for at least three different clients. The process will include the following:

Identifying each client needs, requirements and objectives

Reviewing complex and special features of the client situations and identify the documentation required

Establishing the actions required to facilitate the process including timing and activities

Explaining the implementation actions in an email to the client

Obtaining written agreement from clients to action the process

Identifying the applicable stakeholders and briefing them of their responsibilities and actions

Coordinating actions with other professionals

Obtaining and processing fees and charges according

Checking and following up on lodgement of documentation to organisation policies and procedures

Debriefing each client post-implementation and addressing their concerns and queries.
