Use Porter's five forces framework to understand the structural attractiveness of the industry. Describe and evaluate the strength of each of the five forces:

Who are the buyers/suppliers of the industry? What are they doing? (e.g., buying in small quantities)

Define substitute products/services to your focal industry. What are the products from outside a given industry that perform similar functions as a product that the industry produces?
