Be sure to address the following:

• Provide a brief background of the problem
• Offer the rationale for choosing the topic or case study
• Describe the need to apply a project management approach to solve the problem
• Discuss the pros and cons of applying this project management approach to this problem, and
• Describe the project goals and scope.
