What to do: - Read the assignment writing manual thoroughly. - Examine closely the attached evaluation sheet for the assignment due: @17:00 on Friday, 29 July 2022. - Using at least six literature sources (books and at least three journal articles which can be found on Google Scholar as well as in electronic databases like Emerald Library and Ebscohost): - Discuss the "Factors that influence a customer's expectation of service that they will receive at a service provider that they have never visited before". See the attached references (page 15) as a guide only. A useful source of further references might come from the reference lists of articles you have found suitable for analysis. - Then, interview at least two people to ask them what would most likely affect their expectation of the service that they are likely to receive at a restaurant/hotel/entertainment facility that they have never visited before. - Report on your findings in narrative format without giving a verbatim list of questions and answers. - Conclude by comparing your findings from the two respondents with the theory you investigated
