for a forum in class I decided have my imaginary' business is services pertaining to Fintech, Mutual funds, Insurance, Banking and Brokerage can be extremely successful as they lack competitiveness in South Asian Markets as majorly brokerage houses and Fund houses lack underlying technologies like Blockchain, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning which helps in digitization of processes.

My question is:What type of market research you may consider doing to understand the potential for success and sustainability of such a service in this market? Also, would you consider it important to understand education levels of populations in these region? Why or why not? And if lack of education created a barrier, can you think of ways that such a business could help mitigate this?
