Part 1: You will continue to complete the "lean canvas" template for your business by filling in the "competitive advantage" cell in the middle of the canvas. Refer back to the class discussion and Pet's regarding competitive advantage. (10 pts) Please note that any previous problems with the first two cells in your canvas must be corrected when submitting this version of the lean canvas. Especially in the "problem" section!!! This version of your lean canvas must be accompanied by a one-page summary of your strategy for building your particular competitive advantage. Part 2: You will submit a two-page document that details your location strategy and your facility design. It will show evidence of research, knowledge of your target market, and a strong vision for what you are seeking to create. Feel free to use photographs (judiciously) or examples to illustrate your vision. (10 pts)
