For learned about servant leadership, and develop a plan for yourself for some time in the future. The point here is that a good leader will lead by example. Consider the following:

Make a plan for yourself on how you will access/create an opportunity to demonstrate your own servant leadership. This should be something that is realistic and doable within 6-12 months. Describe the opportunity that you will pursue and how you feel this relates to servant leadership, as well as the concepts that you have learned so far in this course. Make sure that you include your reflections on both what you hope to get out of the experience, and also what you will be able to contribute. Consider the logistics and lay out a plan for what you will do in terms of the specific steps you will take, and also provide some ideas on how you can hold yourself accountable to the commitments that you outline in this assignment. This is an opportunity to give back to your community while learning something about your own capacity for servant leadership.

This must be a new initiative on your part, although the organization may be one with which you have been previously affiliated. You are encouraged to stretch your boundaries - to do something outside of your chosen profession or comfort zone.
