Make an operations management plan for a small or medium size company (max 100 employees), preferably based in Vancouver area. Include sales, production and inventory figures. The plan should be for 1 year, including monthly volume forecast, capacity planning and description of the value chain. Apply the frameworks and vocabulary used in class. Please consider using a lot of figures and tables and short chapters for easy readability. Include the following elements:

• Presentation of the company
• Industry and size and scope of operations
• Main products and target groups
• Size of operations, sales, monthly forecasts, production plans
• Points of sale
• Production locations
• Partners and suppliers
• Transportation
• Warehousing
• Management system
• Quality and efficiency management tools
• Risk management plan

The expectation is a 10+ page analysis in groups of 4-5 persons. For Grade A the expectation is to use 10+ external reference sources and a comprehensive plan including all the above mentioned elements.
