For lunch at the Engineering Faculty, a customer $($student$,$ lecturer or visitor

goes to Chalkboard to order food. The customer waits in the queue and only

once the customer arrives at the front of the line, can he$/$she place an order.

The order is processed by the system, an invoice is created and the customer

can pay. The payment is processed by the system and it sends the order to the

kitchen, while generating a receipt for the customer. The kitchen receives and

makes the order. Simultaneously, after the customers payment is processed, a

receipt is generated and send to the customer. When the customer has received

both the receipt and the order he$/$she leaves the ordering area to go and have

lunch at the seating area.
