FOR MGT 200 class This project will focus on the implementation of teams within an organization. You will: Evaluate the value of teamwork in terms of organizational growth, culture and diversity. Apply conflict management strategies. Evaluate how to motivate subordinates both individually and as a team. Analyze the managers role in creating successful teams. Many organizations today are implementing the use of teams. In this paper, you will analyze the impact of teams on the organization, strategies to both decrease conflict and motivate subordinates and the managers role in creating and sustaining successful teams. The criteria for the project will be as follows: 3-5 page paper in APA format. It will be in Times New Roman font 12 pt. It will include a title page, abstract and reference page which are in addition to the 3-5 page paper. There is a template on the home page to help with formatting and organization. You must have at least 2 other credible sources other than your textbook. Include not only the benefits of teams, but also the managers role in the different stages of team building. Make sure to include strategies to help control the amount of conflict within the team and its performance and the motivation of the team members. Anything helps if possible.
