For my photographic sequence project, | will make a stop- motion video. One idea | have is to show the tide coming in on the beach. | want t o capture how the water slowly moves up the sand, covering footprints and shells. This will show how nature changes the beach over time. | will take the photos from a low angle close to the sand to show the wet sand and the white foam of the waves. | will keep the camera steady and make sure the ligh t is balanced so you can see the dark wet sand and the bright water clearly. This w ill help show the quiet power of the ocean and the feeling of time passing. This idea fits my style because | like natural colors and bold contrasts. Using stop- motion will help me tell the story of the tide slowly changing the beach in a simple but beautiful way
