For our last discussion, it is time to get creative! This chapter focused on decision making - make or buy, proper mix of products, discontinue a segment of operations. Innovations by companies have made so many amazing products available to the consumer. It wasn't that long ago that a phone was just a phone - it made calls to friends and family and was used to do business. That's it! Now phones have replaced our cameras, planners, and televisions!
