Having a secure password is very important practice, when much of our information is stored online. Write a function that validates a new password following these rules:

1. The password must be at least 10 characters long

2. The password must have at least two uppercase, one lower case and two digits.

3. The password must start from uppercase and end with a digit

4. User's first name and last name must not be in password
