• Describe each bad act as a possible intentional tort or negligence. If the bad act is a possible intentional tort, describe which tort it would be.
• Describe a possible defense for the bad act.

For example: Stealing a neighbor's car.

• This could be the intentional tort of conversion.
• A possible defense is necessity - the defendant stole the neighbor's car to escape a raging wildfire nearby.

Note: You will need to use your imagination for this assignment. Good lawyers are actually quite creative and often "think outside of the box."

2. Hugging another person
3. Not washing a drinking glass, then using it to serve a drink to a friend
4. Winding up to throw a live grenade at another person
5. Texting while driving
6. Stealing a person's laptop
7. Riding your bike on another person's property
8. Spilling water on the ground and not wiping it up
9. Telling everyone you know that your friend was convicted of shoplifting
10. Convincing someone to invest their money with you based on a lie
