For the above mock client Lucy provide information for intervention competence. This section contains information on developing a plan of action/treatment plan based on the case conceptualization (CBT) and how that process would occur with the client. The theory used in Domain II should form the theory for the intervention. A rationale for the proposed intervention (s) should be provided along with other potentially effective treatments while considering the ability to implement such treatment (s) with the proposed client. A review of client resources (e.g. family, school, work, etc.) should be provided as part of the proposed plan of action/treatment plan. Information on how problems should be "broken down" into more manageable, treatable components should be addressed as well. Finally, this section should address how the provider of services will work with the client throughout the treatment process (i.e. monitoring and ongoing assessment) and change or augment the treatment plan accordingly when needed. The interventions should reflect evidenced based research to support the development of the treatment plans
