For the analysis, students will access their individual supply chain design for the Natun Corp as developed in SCM$400,$ LOG$410,$ LOG$420,$ and LOG$430,$ as applicable for you. Scenario and data will be used from these other courses, and you will apply course concepts here.

Instructions

The project should consist of the following two parts $($as outlined in Module $1)$:

Industry Risk Evaluation

Present the current global industry factors influencing supply, distribution and markets.

Evaluate the current state of the external business environment that influences your supply chain.

An overview of your supply chain objectives and challenges for Natun Corp.

Analysis and Recommendation $($Focusing on the learning objectives of this course$)$

An evaluation of the company's supply chain strategy and practice drawing on the scope of concepts covered in the course, using both qualitative and quantitative methods and considerations.

Qualitative$$the value chain, risk matrices, information technology including blockchains, KPIs$/$Dashboards$/$Scorecards$,$ lean production, Six Sigma, collaboration, and the current business and competitive environment.

Quantitative$$supply chain finance $($ROA$,$ profitability$),$ Total Cost of Ownership, minimizing total inventory costs, maximizing customer service levels, improving forecast accuracy, and risk modeling $($linear programming$).$

Identify strengths and weaknesses in the company's supply chain strategy and practice from the perspective of costs and risk.

Recommendations for improvement.

Discuss how the company will implement your suggestions.
