For the final Project, you will be completing an application of skills in logistics management presentation. In an 10-12 slide PowerPoint, prepare a presentation to present a presentation on:

The role of supply chain logistics, distribution, and warehousing in a 2020 growing organization.

In addition, the presentation will cover:

• skills needed in effective management of supply chain logistics in an organization describing organization size from medium to large;
• skills, processes, tools, and techniques learned from this course that would enhance the operation;
• Modern technologies that can contribute to successful logistics planning and execution is this type of organization.
• opportunities to improve the role of supply chain logistics; what are your recommendations (based on experience or learning from the course).
• the process of implementing change in an organization to improve your recommendations; and
• lessons learned as a takeaway to enhance your professional skills.

In addition, you will also be required to submit a 5-8 page APA formatted paper (not including title page and works cited page) detailing your findings. Your final presentation will be worth 300 points!

The Title Page and Executive Summary (worth 50 points)
