We need to fully adapt to the local culture. If the culture in Mexico dictates the need for a nurturing exporter, that is the type of person we should have representing our interests.

Our exporter needs to understand the need to be more nurturing because that is something expected in the local culture. That does not mean we have to fully conform to the local culture, but it means we need to have a fine balance.
