For the individual final project, there are 10 different research topics. In order to assign and balance the topics for the class, you will each randomly select 2 numbers from 1-10 (e.g., "1 and 4" OR "8 and 10"). You will be assigned the topic of the first number you select, unless another student did so before you, in which event you will get the topic of the second number you select. Otherwise, you will be randomly assigned a topic if none of your selections are available.

The actual topics will be provided in Week 7 and all assigned topics are final
