The industrial manage is very counscous of his company's needs of uninterruupted income. He is completely oblivious, though, to the worker's same need. Management falls - Le profit fall off - gets no punishment . The wage earner does not fail but is fired. Such injusticel 5. Higher efficiency means fewer man-hours to do a job. If the worker loses his job more quickly, he will oppose higher efficiency 6. There never will be enthusslasm for efficiency if the resulting profits are not properly distributed.
