1. What leadership skills and/or qualities do you possess? What leadership skills and/or qualiites do you think you need to work on? Moving into the era of sustainability, which of your leadership skills and/or qualities best fit with those of a 'green leader'?

2. Give an example of when you had to demonstrated your leadership 'chops' either in a work or personal situation. What leadership behaviours worked for you? What challenges did you face? How did you overcome those challenges? Or, what could/would you do differently if faced with a similar situation in the future?
