  4. What do we need to make it happen? What do we need to implement e.g. skills, roles/responsibilities, capabilities in other dependent processes or functions, technologies etc.
  5. What are the risks, constraints, or barriers? What could we do about them?
  6. Whats the roadmap? How do we get there?
