For the project you are required to create and submit the following regarding Six$-$Sigma project for a real or hypothetical process that you will determine. Most of the tasks are related to the define stage of the six sigma project. In total you are required to submit the following

$1.$ Fully completed Project Charter including CTQs$,$ Non$-$customer stakeholders, project scope, financial statement. Together with the project charter you have to create a $(2)$ CTQ tree and a completed output of the $(3)$ In and Out of the Box Method and $(4)$ Stakeholder Analysis document.

$2.$ FMEA analysis related to the process that your Six$-$Sigma project is about. You need to analyze at least $3$ steps in the process. $($For example in the asq.org template document only $1$ step is analyzed$)$

$3.$ Cause$-$and$-$Effect Diagram together with the root cause verification matrix. The problem you will be creating the diagram for can be the main problem that you are studying during the six$-$sigma project. Or it could be a sub$-$problem that are contributing to the main problem about the process.
