The vice president of Operations is concerned about the proposed approach of using Agile. In this information paper, you will describe the differences between Agile and waterfall. You will highlight the impact on scope, roles, and responsibilities in Agile. Specifically, you must explain how business requirements are captured in traditional project management versus how they are captured in Agile/Scrum project management.
