For this assessment, you will plan and facilitate a training program of your choice to help develop performances within the organisation, for the employees and supervisors of an organisation of your choice At the end of this assessment, you will video-record the training to be provided to both: employees and supervisors/line managers

This is a practical project that will require that you use your own knowledge and skills applied to an organisation Please take careful note of the following recommendations:

Assume that you are the person designing and also providing the training, this means you will decide the type of training, and you will select the area of work in the organisation you choose

Make sure that the type of training you choose is something that you are experienced at

Select an Australian based organisation that you know well and that you have access to:

- General organisational information

- Information about the area of your choice such as Policies and procedures, existing

training plans, communication plans etc

- Organisational strategic and operational plans

Complete the following tasks:

Question 1:

Provide the following information for the organisation you have chosen for this project:

a Name and a brief description of the organisation of your choice

b Brief description of the work area for the training program

c Identify the name of at least 2 existing policies in the organisation that will be relevant to your training program

d Identify at least 2 organisational human resources objectives of the organisation that will be relevant to your training program

e Identify and briefly explain at least 1 legislation that will be relevant to your training program

Question 2:

Your next task is to design and develop your training program Remember you are the person in charge of delivering this training, so make sure your training program is organised step by step from beginning to final outcome Use the following tables and structure to complete this task for both employees and supervisors/line managers:
