For this assignment activity, you will create your survey instrument. There are two parts to this assignment. First, you will draft your survey questions. Second, you will create your survey using a free survey tool such as Google Forms or Survey Monkey. Your submission should include the following: Survey questions: First, list all of your survey questions in a numbered list so your instructor can review them before visiting your online survey. There should be 2-3 sections of questions: o Demographic questions - for example, age, gender, race. o Closed-ended questions (if you are collecting quantitative data). o Open-ended questions (if you are collecting qualitative data)
