For this assignment, create a presentation in PowerPoint, or another presentation software, that discusses the following: Look at the list of steps in the attached white paper on the 7 Critical Success Factors for Cloud Adoption. Outline the steps in a presentation for your company or a company you are familiar with. How would you present this topic to the company for adoption? The presentation is NOT just a reiteration of the steps listed. It should be specific to that company you chose. What would they need to do for each step? Outline it like you were giving a presentation to employees that didn't know the material and how it relates to their business.
