For this assignment, draft an email to an individual, group, or company of your choice. This email will be you delivering a negative message/bad news, and you are free to make it whatever you would like. Refer back to the sample email within the PPT of the Week 5 folder if needed. Save your email as a Word doc or PDF and upload it into Bb under the Assignments link.

This will be graded on the following:

• Proper use of the indirect method (buffer, reasons, bad news, close)
• Proper use of audience centered ("you" attitude) writing - focus on the audience, try to remove "I, we, me, my" when appropriate, but don't use "you" when it sounds accusatory
• Proper length of email (this should be at least three paragraphs)
• Due Saturday, March 6^th by 11:59 p.m. and is worth 75 points
