For this assignment, I have to create and style a Web form using PHP, HTML, and CSS. There should be 3 files: index.html, style.css, and formaction.php.

I need:

1.)External style sheet that alters the background color, font color, and layout (center the form on the screen, how you do so is up to you there is more than one way to do this);

4.) Create a PHP document that collects the information collected from these three form elements and prints them on the screen (Hint: use post as a method);
