For this assignment, I need to create a quick reference card or brochure for a technologically challenging task. In your quick reference card, you need to include step-by-step instructions and diagrams. Remember that you must create your own step-by-step instructions. Do not use instructions that already exist on the web or in hard-copy form. You should also create your own diagrams.  Lastly, be sure your project includes all the other components and usability considerations associated with this type of technical document 

The following are the key elements that I will be evaluating in this assignment:

 

• You must follow the directions for this assignment to earn credit for it since following directions is one of the most important aspects of technical communication.
• You must use the appropriate format for this project, and successfully use all the other components and guidelines with instructional technical documents. The information you present must be accurate and easy to follow and understand.
• The document must meet the design standards. You must have clear diagrams and step-by-step instructions.
• The writing must be clear and must use Standard American English.
