I recently ordered sunglasses Model XYZ for $150 from your online store sunnytimeonline.com under the order number ABC123 on May 11, 2022. I immediately opened the package and tried it on, however, it had cracked straight in the middle within only a few minutes of use. Id paid a fair sum for this item and had not expected it to break easily. Luckily, the product came with a 5-month warranty, and naturally, I immediately contacted your customer care department to request a free replacement or total refund. They said they would look into the situation and get back to me as soon as possible. After some time, Id made many calls and emails to this department hoping to get a response. Yet, up until now, I have not received any update on my issue.
It is understandable that your department may have stockpiles of work to do, however, as a renowned and reputably branded company, Id expected better treatment as a customer. If the department cannot fix the issue or if your response teams are delayed, I think any response is always better than no response at all. The companys actions (or lack thereof) show a very careless and irresponsible approach toward its customers. However, I trust that you may have many emails to go through, and thats alright.
I would very much appreciate it if the company sends a replacement or refund to settle this issue as it has already been almost 3 weeks since we opened up this issue. I understand that your department is working very hard. Please look into this situation as soon as possible.
