• Low DEIB (work environment, bias, recruiting, retention & engagement)
• Low Performance (13% of elementary students tested at or above the proficient level for reading, and 8% tested at or above that level for math. Also, 14% of middle school students tested at or above the proficient level for reading, and 4% tested at or above that level for math. And 25% of high school students tested at or above the proficient level for reading, and there is no data on the number that tested at or above that level for math)
• High Rotation (High teacher turn over - yearly vacancies between 10-20,
• No Growth Opportunities (District has been cutting positions for the past 2 years, growth is focused on teachers)
• No Training and Development (2-3 Professional development trainings each academic year, required trainings for HR and or school year needs like CPR, First Aid, Health, Safety, etc.)
• Ineffective Total Reward Packages (District does not offer Short Term Disability, no tuition reimbursement, partners with higher education to develop teachers only, limited recognition and reward program two times a year - midyear and end of year, limited demonstration of appreciation for administrators, teacher, administrative staff, etc.)

You have been hired as the HR Leader of this organization and the CEO asks you to create a plan to improve motivation, morale, compromise, dedication, and performance. Your plan must include the following:
