For this assignment we only represent Creative Catering. You will be using the example motion to dismiss (Timkin), and the example draft pleading posted for last week's class for this assignment. From the perspective of Creative Catering, draft the body of the motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim on which relief can be granted.
