For this assignment, write an annotated bibliography of references that will be incorporated into your Signature Assignment, delivery of an evidence-based consulting program. To help you locate appropriate resources, you first will want to identify the problem for which you have been "hired" to consult. Then you will search for research that discusses programs that have been implemented to address this problem. Pay attention to challenges and successes that have occurred in these programs. Make note of the populations the programs have served and how diversity issues were addressed in them. Consider also the timelines involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of these programs, along with any related ethical concerns. Your annotated bibliography should include at least 10 research articles published in peer-reviewed journals in the past 10 years. Please note that the same rules for a citation that apply to other documents (such as proper paraphrasing and the use of quotation marks where necessary) apply to Annotated Bibliographies as well. It is not acceptable to cut and paste from the abstract or from the body of an article. Rather, you are expected to read the article completely and appropriately paraphrase the necessary material. For those few situations where paraphrasing is not acceptable, then material that has not been paraphrased needs to be placed in quotation marks.
