The project itself is up to you; select a topic you are knowledgeable in or are willing to research. The project must have at least 7 stakeholders At least one stakeholder with high influence or interest must strongly support to the project At least one stakeholder with high influence or interest must be opposed to the project At least one stakeholder must be averse to frequent communication The project must require at least 10 steps over three separate activities to complete The project at some point must involve at least three choices for a single step. You will use the appropriate tools to determine the best course of action Identify at least five risks (positive and/or negative) to the overall project or a specific step of the project Research costs as needed (approximations are acceptable but should be based on real researched prices).
