You have decided that this project is best executed using the agile/scrum approach rather than the traditional project management approach. You will have to make a strong case and convince the City's project manager (Emily Wong) that your proposed methodology would best serve the objectives of this project as the earlier expectation from the city was that the project was going to be executed the traditional project management way. 1. A summary of the agile/scrum project management methodology

2. Explain why the agile/scrum approach is a better fit for this project vs using the traditional/waterfall approach.
