For this assignment, you will analyze demographic and epidemiological data provided in the spreadsheet titled $$Socioeconomic and Demographic Data.$$ Consolidated and computed data is provided for race, sex, age, communicable diseases, deaths, diagnoses, natality, and socioeconomic outcomes. You decide what data is most important to understand the Cape Fear MSA and how they tie back to CFHS$.$ You may also go into more detail and provide an in$-$depth analysis using more advanced epidemiological metrics including prevalence rates, incidence rates, death rates $($both general$/$all cause and$/$or specific cause$),$ and natality measures $($e$.$g$.,$ birth rate$)$ to better understand the Cape Fear MSA. You can create as many graphs, tables, and$/$or charts as necessary to communicate the depth and breadth of your analysis and include them in your appendix. Finally, you will draft a two $(2)$ page narrative critically analyzing the data. You do not have sufficient space to address ALL the graphs and$/$or trends, thus focus on the key insights gained from the related analyses.

Do not provide any strategic recommendations for CFHS in this assignment as that will take place in a future assignment. Additionally, there is no need to repeat any of the background information provided in the case study. Only focus on your analysis, including trends $($e$.$g$.$ mortality, morbidity, etc.$),$ and your interpretation $($what does this mean for the health and well$-$being of the community and the implications for CFHS$?)$ of the demographic and epidemiologic data. The narrative should be double spaced, $12$pt font, and include references to relevant data visualization$($s$).$ The narrative should be followed by a reference section $($i$.$e$.$ peer review, trade, or professional articles supporting your analyses$)$ and an appendix with relevant data visualizations $($hint: you should have multiple charts$/$graphs breaking down ALL the different data trends and include in appendix$).$ All writing and data visualizations $($e$.$g$.$ charts, graphs, tables$)$ should follow proper APA formatting guidelines, as appropriate.
