For this assignment, you will be choosing an organization and creating a balanced scorecard for the organization of your choice. Choose an organization and research what type of performance measures they use. You may find it easier to choose a local organization and interview a manager to determine what type of performance measures or indicators they use. However, you should be able to find most of this information online for larger organizations. Once you have determined the performance measures, create a balanced scorecard for the organization. You may create your own or you may use a template you find online. There are several free balanced scorecard templates on the internet. You will just need to do a little searching.
