- the amount of money needed to start the business (first year cost you can use the attached excel worksheet)

- where the funds will come from

- any other resources needed to start and carry on the business

6. Potential Revenue

- the potential revenue for first week, first month and first year

- projected profit for 1 year (detailed budget not required at thispoint)

7. Skills and Competence to Manage the Business

- Skills, knowledge and/or abilities you have, whichwill help you to operate this business.

- any other personnel you will need in running the business

8. Success Potential

- rate of success using a scale of 1 to 6, with 6 being very profitable

- explanation of how you chose that level of success.
