This assignment is designed to assess your understanding of the topics discussed during the course. You

a GANTT style format and ensure you identify the type of IT project you have chosen. (10 marks)

Examples of IT projects you may want to choose for your WBS include website development, software

development, mobile app development, database design, data analytics, and IT infrastructure

management.

For full marks, your work breakdown structure should include deliverables, activities, tasks, and

milestones. Cost, effort, and resources should also be estimated for each item in the work breakdown

structure but are NOT required for this assignment. You MUST include a timeline for each task
