For this assignment, you will be working with a partner. Please refer to the Announcements for a list of assigned partners. Then, refer to the "Job Analysis: Writing Job Descriptions" case in the Nkomo text from your weekly resources. This text is also listed below. Following the directions/guidelines listed, interview your partner for information on his/her job and then write the corresponding job description. Post the completed job description in Discussion Board 2.2 by Day 4. Once this has been posted, the assigned partner should review and comment on their partner's posting (i.e. the job description for their position) by Day 6. Final job descriptions need to be posted (taking into account feedback from your partner) by Day 7.

Note: only the "partner review" is necessary, no additional peer responses are required for this forum.

Finally, conclude with a statement that addresses how the job analysis and job description processes can help organizations meet their strategic objectives.
