Evaluate the effectiveness of your competencies as a member of a team

What exercises were most meaningful to you and to your development as a leader?

Identify the specific action steps you will take within the next year to design your leadership to make progress toward your goals.

Reflections should be considered a private conversation between you and the instructor. They are your opportunity to reflect upon your leadership development challenges and achievements. They may be less formal and with first$-$person language, but college$-$level writing and integration of supporting academic source materials are expected.

The length of reflections will vary, both by the additional exercises you chose to complete and the level of reflection you achieve. This Final Reflection is expected to be several pages in length but no less than four full pages of reflection. Review the Rubric for assessment expectations.
