For this assignment, you will complete TWO Critically Appraised Topic (CAT) Worksheets from two sources for one theme/topic. A CAT involves a consistent process of:

• Develop a research question: identify the authors problem/issue and research question and formulate a prediction on cybersecurity. Alternatively, students may identify a problem/issue they are interested in learning more about.
• Information search: find and summarize key points from the article, such as methodology and the main argument or what the current or emerging trend is.
• Critically appraise the article: assess the validity of the articles argument, by considering the limitations and potential implications. Describe and summarize the key aspects of the issues and its significance.
• Employ firsthand experience: compare the articles argument to what the student has learned in their prior classes/training and work/volunteer experience. After completing the steps of the CAT, the student will make a final recommendation regarding whether they would recommend the article as a reputable source to inform and/or improve the identified problem/issue.
