For this assignment, you will consider a change process (the process that was used to create a change) that you have experienced in relation to Kotter's 8 steps for change that are described in the textbook.

• Select an example of a time in your professional life when you were involved in/experienced a significant change. (If you cannot think of a professional example, you can use an example from your personal life. Please do not use identifying information of any other people who may be included in the example you use. Maintain confidentiality as appropriate.)
• Compare each of Kotter's 8 steps in relation to the process you experienced in your example.
• What was similar to Kotter's steps? What was different than Kotter's steps?
• In what ways was the change successful or not?
• How would you have improved the process?
• Use two scholarly sources to support your work.
